Best Hawaiian street name ever!!!

Alanui Ke Ali'i

It took me quite a few times of passing this street before I could actually say it right. I mean, come on, it's like a freakin' sentence!!

I love that your blog has come back to life! But... how long will it last??? :(

Well, now that I have internet access at work I will be posting whenever I think of something I want to post. So hopefully it lasts a while! :)

Are you going to learn to speak Hawaiian or do they speak English? probably a dumb question.

Everybody here speaks english since it IS part of America... The streets are all Hawaiian names so I have to learn how to at least read it. It's pretty easy for the most part. The vowels have different sounds then they do on the mainland but once you know those then you can pretty much sound everything out and read it.

How do you say my name in Hawaiian? I know it already. This is a test.

Heidi in Hawaiian sounds like Hay-ydee

My keychain says different.

What does the keychain say?

I will have to check the spelling again. I have to dig it out of my desk.
