We had Jessica's 4 month appointment yesterday but if you did the math you would see that she will be 5 months old in 4 days. The reason is because we were out of the country we waited until we were back before we started her vaccinations. She is doing really well! She is up to 13lbs 3oz and is 24.5 inches long. She has had a bit of a fever today due to the vaccinations and has also been pretty relaxed and cuddly probably also due to the vaccinations. In fact Jake has been napping on the couch with her for the last hour. We have been giving her baby Tylenol so her fever should be getting better. It was only .7 degrees up so we aren't too worried. Watching her get her shots this time was a little easier for me. Last time I started to cry and this time I only got a little teary eyed. I don't know what it is but I just don't like to see her get shots. It breaks my heart to see her jump when they put the needles in and then to see her face turn bright red and burst into tears.... it is just too much for me!! Her next appointment will be when she is 6 months old so I've got 5 weeks until she has to be poked again.
